Duncan has over 15 years of experience in construction claims and contract administration across multiple sectors, is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), has a post-graduate Diploma in Surveying, an MSc in Meteorology and Climatology and a BSc in Geography.
