Dubai, UAE – 20 August 2019: Global construction support consultancy, Quantum Global Solutions has recently announced the promotion of three of its consultants to Director positions within the company’s UAE office.
Michael Davies – Director
Michael has over 14 years’ experience in commercial and claims management across the UK and Middle East. Michael has provided assistance to a number of contractors in the Middle East, specifically claims for extension of time, loss and expense and liquidated and ascertained damages, quantum for prolongation, disruption, variation costs and working to assist Experts for expert witness reports for use in arbitration.
Raja Flora – Director
Raja has extensive experience in providing commercial, contractual and technical planning advice to contractors and sub-contractors in relation to a wide range of industry sectors including building, heavy civil engineering, infrastructure, process engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, petrochemical engineering and construction projects. With over 19 years of experience, Raja specialises in preparing and defending time related claims, including providing expert witness support and direct support to lawyers in arbitration and mediation
Mark Colman – Associate Director
Mark is a chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 19 years’ experience within the construction and engineering industry. The last six years of which have been spent specifically in dealing with quantum analysis for the preparation and defence of entitlement submissions in resolution of construction claims and preparation of expert witness reports for use in international arbitration proceedings. Mark has major project experience within the EMEA region and specialises in providing clients with contractual, commercial, claims and dispute advice and management.
