To meet the requirements of Quantum UAE’s growing client base the company has recently announced two new appointments.
Denis Rooney, Senior Contractual/Commercial Consultant is professionally qualified with 16 years managerial and technical experience in international building construction. Some of Denis’ projects have included an industrial city – the largest single-industry development in history, an international airport terminal building, a hospital facility and a university. Chartered Civil Engineer Denis has a BSc in Civil Engineering, a Master of Laws in Construction Law and Arbitration and a Master of Science by Research in Sustainable Concrete Construction.
Rajesh Vijayan has joined the Quantum UAE team as Senior Quantity Surveyor. Rajesh has over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry with particular experience in cost planning and commercial management, value engineering, risk management, commercial management, contract administrator, extension of time claims and dispute resolution.
Commenting on the appointments, Ian Maund, Regional Director UAE said, ‘’While Denis and Rajesh have different skills both are highly regarded in the industry and are welcome additions to Quantum’s UAE team. Denis and Rajesh will be based in our UAE office and will complement our current team’s existing skill sets perfectly to enhance the services we offer our current and future clients.’’
