Earlier this month, Tom Kapapa, Operations Director, continued the Quantum lecture series of industry presentations with a presentation to employees of Hyundai Engineering Co. Ltd in Seoul, South Korea. The event was also attended by Steven Beaumont, Quantum Regional Director Asia.
The presentation, entitled, “Overview of major problems Korean contractors face in international projects” discussed key industry issues including discussion of a live LNG project to explore how issues evolve into disputes and how these could be mitigated before discussing the ingredients required to ensure their claims are received and concluded positively by their clients.
Speaking after the presentation Tom Kapapa noted, ‘’the high interest in the presentation and the level of questions received all highlighted the highest standards set by Hyundai Engineering during their projects from inception to completion.’’
