Quantum Global Solutions and Procom Construction Consultants announce partnership to Build Back Britain

Doha, Qatar – 10 August 2021: Leading construction claims consultancy, Quantum Global Solutions and UK based, Procom Construction Consultants are proud to announce the formation of their partnership agreement. The partnership enables both companies to augment their existing services, expand to new geographical locations and share expert knowledge with global clients to support their projects through onsite or hybrid remote working opportunities.

“As a British founded company forming a partnership with a UK based company has always formed an integral part of our business strategy. But the timing and partner has never been quite right. Procom is the right partner at the right time! In March 2021, the UK government launched its post-Covid road-map to ‘Build Britain Back Better’. Based on three pillars, the strategy includes a £600 billion commitment to support public sector investment projects including roads, rail and cities over the next five years starting with £100 billion of capital investment in 2021-22. This level of construction activity parallels the experience Quantum’s team have in global locations such as Qatar which has experienced year-on-year construction growth and dozens of multibillion-dollar megaprojects completed over the past 10 years. The partnership with construction specialists, Procom and their experience in the renewable energy sector will also build upon our existing Quantum Energy division and enable us to work with Procom to bring our global expertise to major UK infrastructure projects. Collectively, the two companies have over 200 employees with global expertise in construction claims, dispute resolution, contractual and commercial services, forensic planning analysis, costs and project management and the provision of court appointed expert witnesses to support contentious matters. The partnership operates across 35 countries in Europe, the MENA region, Australasia, Asia and America providing clarity, insight and resolution to multiple industry sectors including infrastructure, renewable energy, aviation, roads and transportation, rail and sports and stadia projects.
