With a BSc in Quantity Surveying and a background in construction main contracting, Graeme is a focused and determined Contracts Manager with over 30 years’ of project experience. British trained and educated he has successfully led and managed teams of contracts managers and administrators working most notably with the FIDIC, NEC and JCT forms of contract.
Having worked extensively in the UK, in recent years he has further proven his abilities working in the international arena. Graeme has acquired an acute awareness of claims potential, and an ability to successfully negotiate these to a commercial solution, with experience in detailing and defending claims of further entitlement relative to delay and disruption incurred.
