Quantum Global Solutions (Quantum) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Finlay as a Director within the organisation. Ian will be based in Quantum’s UAE office.
Chartered Civil Engineer Ian has almost 30 years’ experience in construction, project management, commercial management, contract administration and dispute avoidance and resolution fields. He has worked in the UK, Far East and Middle East across multiple industry sectors including rail, highways and infrastructure, marine works, commercial, retail and mix-use developments.

Ian is a Chartered Engineer, a Member of the Institute of Civil Engineers and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) in Civil Engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma, Arbitration (Dip.Arb).
