
Daniel Pascoe – Senior Forensic Planning Consultant
Daniel is a planning engineer with over 11 years’ experience in project planning and delay analysis within the construction and oil and gas industry and specialises in demonstrating a contractor’s entitlement to either time and/or recovery of costs through the submission of extension of time, prolongation and disruption claims. Daniel has a wide range of experience when it comes to the application of time-impact methodologies and has applied this knowledge while working with contractors including at arbitration and adjudication level.
He has extensive knowledge in project planning and controls and proficient in the use of both Primavera P3 and P6. He is familiar with industry protocols such as The Society of Construction Law Delay and Disruption Protocol and AACE Recommended Practices such as No. 29R-03. In addition, he has knowledge of UK construction law, standard forms of contract and the civil codes of Turkey and countries within the GCC.
Daniel has recently completed Modules 1 & 2 of the CIArB Pathway Programme in International Arbitration and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).
