Quantum Global Solutions (Quantum) is pleased to announce that Daniel Pascoe, Forensic Planning Consultant has completed Modules 1 and 2 of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) Pathway Programme in International Arbitration.

The course was delivered over a period of approximately seven months, with a combination of private study and face-to-face tutorials. Key elements of the CIArb course included: the formation and contents of a contract; the rights and liabilities of third parties; vitiating factors; discharge and remedies.

In recognising the achievement Peter Murphy stated, ‘’Daniel is one of the younger members of our Quantum team and we are pleased that he took advantage of our in-house funded training programme to further develop his long-term career. We look forward to Daniel continuing to further his skills through CIArb accredited courses or as part of a formal academic learning programme.’’
