Our Focus

  • Tender – Based on recent experience we can assist with detailed contractual review and support to the contractual establishment, combined with detailed engineering process. The priority is to ensure design requirements match the contractual obligations which are fundamental to successful project delivery.
  • Procurement – Having recent experience on some extremely difficult procurement projects, Quantum Energy can share the knowledge obtained through key lessons learnt. Quantum Energy can bring that expertise to the procurement process linked to the detailed design, ensuring buildability is considered and procurement is fully aligned to the project delivery process, protecting our client’s position.
