Fifteen members of Quantum Global Solutions recently attended a corporate wide Expert Witness Training Course. Organised by the Academy of Experts the course covered a wide range of topics with a specific focus on the procedural requirements of the Expert Witness role. The sessions, led by industry experts, focused on areas of expertise comprising the preparation of Expert reports, the importance of evidence and appearance at the tribunal.
On congratulating the team on the successful completion of the training Peter Murphy said, ‘’Harvard Business Review recently stated that ‘the only way for organisations to ensure their workforces are fully productive and able to achieve business goals is to make sure employees are continuously learning, so that they are driving the business forward.’ At Quantum we understand this principle and appreciate that our people are the greatest assets in our business – we fully support training opportunities like this to enhance our team skills and increase our service offering to our clients.’’
Organiser of the event, Ian Maund, Quantum Regional Director UAE further noted, ‘’The team were fully engaged and enthusiastic throughout this training weekend which gave colleagues both academic and hands-on learning opportunities into the requirements of being an Expert witness. We look forward to further training sessions with the Academy of Experts in the future.’’
