Doha, Qatar – 5 March 2019: Quantum’s Technical Manager, Sean Vernon recently hosted a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) webinar on Measuring Construction Performance.
The webinar looked at some of the key performance indicators available to delivery teams on construction projects and looked at how, when used together, such indicators can help project teams set strategies to deliver the success required. The attendees also heard how to identify areas of change that impact cost and time, how to understand minimum obligations under typical contract terms and understand the basic management processes that underpin effective construction management.
Over 40 people attended the webinar and counted for 1.5 hours RICS continuous professional development (CPD).
Technical Manager, Sean Vernon is an experienced Quantity Surveyor and Contract and Claims Manager from a building and civil engineering background. Sean has worked on projects ranging from small local authority refurbishment projects to a multi-million dollar engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) nuclear power station.
