Istanbul, Turkey – 16 October 2018: Quantum Global Solutions is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Bulut Cinar to the position of Associate Director. Bulut is based in the company’s Istanbul office.
Bulut has five years of experience in the construction and oil and gas industries. His areas of expertise include claims analysis, contracts management, project management and cost engineering. He has taken roles in arbitration cases and claims and contracts management services where he has prepared extension of time and disruption claims, administered contracts and provided assistance in the preparation of expert reports accordingly.
Bulut has BSc in Business Administration, an MSc in Oil and Gas Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).
