The Construction Law and Arbitration course provides an in-depth knowledge and understanding of key topics in the fields of construction law and dispute resolution. In addition, arbitration is taught as a key method of resolving disputes as an increasingly popular method of dispute resolution in a range of industries, in the UK and overseas.
