Roger has over 35 years of construction industry experience including the roles of Executive Advisor, Technical Advisor, Senior Project Manager, Claims Manager and Senior Construction Claims Consultant across public and private projects. He is highly experienced in the resolution of construction disputes and as an expert witness in trial, arbitration and mediation for international contractors and consultants in the United States, Europe, Africa and Middle East.
