Mark Colman, Senior Contractual/Commercial Consultant joined Quantum and is assisting our Turkey team. He has over thirteen years’ experience within the construction industry working with employers, main contractors and subcontractors with specific experience in the construction claims and dispute arena.
‘’Mark’s experience on projects in the UK and South Africa including rail, electrical distribution, power station, data centre, nuclear, environmental and building projects all add great value to existing skills within the Quantum team and our Turkish contractors’ projects, ‘’ said Colin Russell, Regional Director Turkey.
He has an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from Leeds Beckett University and a
1st Class BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management from the University of Bolton.
