Quantum Global Solutions (QGS) is proud to announce the appointment of Russell Stanley as a Senior Contractual/Commercial Consultant with effect from Monday 18th January 2016. The appointment forms an integral element in the ongoing expansion of the QGS Dubai office.
Russell has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry working for a variety of international contractors/joint ventures, predominantly in the Far East and Middle East on prestigious civil and building projects.
His experience also includes pre-contract and post contract positions including tendering, commercial management, claims preparation, assessment, dispute resolution and arbitration. Russell is familiar with many forms of contract and methods of measurement, mostly of a bespoke nature for large integrated projects including bridges, buildings, rail, airport and infrastructure.
Russell has an MSc in Construction Law and BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying.
