Quantum Global Solutions (QGS) is delighted to announce several new appointments within its Qatar headquarters to support its growing number of local and regional clients.
Our first appointment of the year welcomed back Stuart Porter as a Senior Contractual/Commercial Consultant to the QGS family. With over 30 years of experience, Stuart brings a wealth of knowledge in all facets of pre and post-contract administration together with extensive experience of a variety of forms of contract, gained from major multi-national companies.
In early January, John Murphy and Sean Garrett also joined the QGS family as Senior Contractual/Commercial Consultant and Contractual/Commercial Consultant respectively.
John Murphy is a highly experienced contracts/commercial manager and claims specialist having more than 40 years’ experience in the Middle East and the UK. John is grounded in the commercial reality of construction and has a reputation for providing practical advice and expert knowledge.
Sean is an experienced projects and contracts manager with over 19 years’ experience in various international roles. He has extensive experience in delivering highways technology projects, with a large focus on Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) both in the UK and Qatar.
