Quantum Global Solutions (QGS) is proud to announce that Sara Dessouki has re-joined the QGS team as a Senior Forensic Planning Consultant having taken a sabbatical to secure some Client side consultancy experience. Sara will initially be assigned to one of QGS’ Qatar based projects.

Sara has over a decade of industry experience, including four years in Qatar, working for multi-national contractor and consultant companies. Her expertise includes construction planning and Extension of Time (EoT) claims, including the calculation of delays, milestones achieving, cost loading, delay analysis, chronology of events, claim preparation, changes in construction project management , procedures set up for EOT process, events follow up during the project and the overall delay events impacting a project.
In addition to her BSc in Civil Engineering, an Engineering Diploma in Construction Project Management, Sara is also undertaking a Master’s Degree in Strategic Planning Heriot-Watt University. Sara is also a Member of the Association of Cost Engineers.
