Cosmin has over 16 years of experience in the construction industry, having worked on projects across Romania, Poland, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine. He has more than 14 years of extensive experience with FIDIC contracts and is a recipient of the FIDIC Future Leaders Award, bringing strong leadership skills and in‑depth contract knowledge. He also has over 15 years of experience working with European Funds, advanced expertise in engineering software and holds certifications as a project verifier from the Ministries of Defence and of Public Works and Administration in the field of Studies in Ancient Art and Civilisation (SAAC). His sectoral experience includes pumping stations, wastewater treatment plants and sewerage networks.

Cosmin holds a PhD in Civil Engineering and serves as Vice President of ARIC, the Romanian Association of Consulting Engineers. He is a Member of the Committee on Projects and European Funds of the Romanian Water Association, the FIDIC Capacity Building Committee, the FCL Certification Board of FIDIC and the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation (SRGF). He also holds a certificate in Project Management.
