
Muhammad Fahiem – Senior Contractual/Commercial Consultant
Muhammad Fahiem is a highly accomplished Senior Contractual and Commercial Consultant with over 26 years’ experience in the construction and legal sectors. He specialises in resolving complex disputes across giga-scale infrastructure programmes, PPP frameworks and sovereign contracts. His core expertise includes contract recovery, legal strategy and arbitration, with a proven ability to influence decisions at ministerial and Royal Court levels. Muhammad has successfully led the resolution of claims exceeding US$ 1.3 billion (bn) and negotiated landmark contracts totalling US$ 9 bn, including major projects such as the Holy Mosques, Riyadh Metro and Princess Nourah University. He is proficient in bilingual legal drafting, in Arabic and English, and possesses strong knowledge of FIDIC, EPC and PPP contracts, as well as both civil and common law systems.
He holds a Master of Laws (Merit) and a BSc in Civil Engineering. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and an accredited arbitrator with the Saudi Centre for Commercial Arbitration.
