Suroud is an experienced and qualified professional with over 40 years’ experience managing all aspects of construction contracts, from formation and negotiation to execution and closeout.

He has worked on major projects in the hospitality, retail, energy and transportation sectors providing expertise in the drafting, negotiation and administration of sub-contracts and supply contracts. Suroud is an expert with a proven track record in building, presenting and defending of mega-claims, including quantum and time impact analysis. Throughout his career he has gained solid and proven experience in conflict resolution and contract administration with strong knowledge and experience in FIDIC Red and Yellow Books and UAV (GC) contracts.

Suroud holds a BSc (Hons) and is a Certified Contract Management Expert.
