
Rama Subeih – Senior Forensic Planning Consultant
Rama Subeih is a results-driven Senior Forensic Planning Consultant with over 18 years of experience in project controls, forensic delay analysis, claims and dispute resolution. She has a strong leadership background and a proven track record supporting major contractors, developers and programme management firms across humanitarian and development sectors, fast-growing real estate markets and large-scale infrastructure projects.
Her core expertise includes forensic schedule analysis, preparation and defence of delay and extension of time claims, development of entitlement narratives and support in dispute avoidance and resolution processes. She is highly skilled in analysing complex project data, reconstructing timelines, identifying critical delay events and producing clear, evidence-based reports aligned with industry best practices.
In addition, Rama has extensive experience in PMO services, internal consultancy and strategic planning. She has successfully managed and controlled diverse project portfolios covering humanitarian and development programmes, commercial and residential real estate, landscaping, municipal infrastructure, healthcare and transportation projects consistently delivering tailored solutions that enhance performance and support informed decision-making.
Rama holds a BSc in Civil Engineering and is a Member of the Jordan Engineers Association (JEA) and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
