Rama Subeih is a highly experienced Senior Forensic Planning Engineer with over 18 years of expertise in project controls, forensic delay analysis, and extension of time (EoT) claims across a wide range of sectors, including real estate, infrastructure, healthcare, transportation, and humanitarian development.

Specialising in forensic schedule analysis and EoT assessments, Rama has played a pivotal role in analysing complex project delays, preparing and defending contractual claims, and supporting dispute resolution processes. In addition to her technical expertise, Rama has a solid background in PMO services, strategic project planning, and internal consulting. She is known for her analytical precision, ability to communicate complex findings clearly, and leadership in high-pressure environments.

Rama holds a BSc in Civil Engineering and is a Member of the Jordan Engineers Association (JEA) and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
