Izz has over 10 years of extensive experience in infrastructure projects, with a primary focus on the commercial, residential and industrial sectors. His background as a Quantity Surveyor has equipped him with strong expertise in both pre and post-contract management. In addition to these core responsibilities, Izz has hands-on experience in the remeasurement of architectural and structural works and is proficient in preparing comprehensive Tender Tabulation Reports.

Throughout his career, he has contributed to notable projects such as Intel Pelican and Lot LL1M Petronas Podium where his diverse project exposure and technical expertise make him a valuable asset within the infrastructure and construction industry.

Izz holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying. He is also a registered Provisional Quantity Surveyor (PVQS) and a registered Professional Technologist with the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT). He is a graduate of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and holds a Certificate in Google Data Analytics.
