Joseph has over 16 years’ experience working in the construction industry in planning and project monitoring, controls and claims and expert witness roles working in the Middle East for client organisations, contractors, sub-contractors, professional practices and giving advice to lawyers. He is a specialist in forensic planning and claims and is experienced in managing and avoiding disputes during project monitoring and control.

As part of his many roles in the construction sector, he has predominantly focused on preparing and assisting in the preparation of expert witness reports presented to tribunals and presented independent expert witness reports. He received an Advanced Professional Award in Forensic Delay Analysis in Construction.

Joseph has an MSc in Electrical Engineering/Engineering Management with a Minor in Management, a BSc in Electrical Engineering is currently studying for a Diploma in International Arbitration. He is a Project Management Professional and holds an RICS Expert Witness Certificate.
