Quantum Global Solutions (QGS) recently participated in the Hong Kong Federation of Electrical and Mechanical Contractors (HKFEMC) Conference at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong.
Peter Moran, QGS’s Executive Director, shared his practical and technical experience with an audience of HKFEMC members by delivering a talk on ‘The 2Cs – Contract and Claims Management’. The seminar served to introduce and reinforce the concept on how to avoid disputes, safeguard contractual rights, implement smart project monitoring and achieve a win-win result for contractors and clients in successful project delivery.
Speaking following the event, attended by over 70 industry professionals, Tom Kapapa, QGS’s Operations and Technical Director stated, “Today’s seminar has been a great success acting as an open forum to discuss issues affecting the construction sector and provide proactive solutions to ensure projects proceed smoothly and disputes are avoided”.

The HKFEMC is a non-profit making body jointly formed by six electrical and mechanical trade associations in Hong Kong with a main objective to provide a common platform for all electrical and mechanical contracting trades to interact for the advancement of the industry. Externally, it gives the legislature, public bodies and other institutions a direct and single channel for conferring and ascertaining the collective views of the electrical and mechanical contractors.
