Quantum Global Solutions (QGS) is proud to announce the latest member of its Qatar office team, Neil Houseman. Mr Houseman, Senior Contractual and Commercial Consultant, will be assigned to one of QGS’s global contract management projects.
Speaking following the appointment Peter Murphy, QGS’s Managing Director said, “We are proud to welcome Neil to the QGS team. His experience working on high profile UK and Qatari infrastructure projects further consolidates QGS’s ability to support our global client’s requirements as well as further expanding our business knowledge in Qatar.”
With over two decades of experience Mr Houseman held a series of senior positions in the UK and Qatar with direct responsibility for negotiating direct works variations, documentation and negotiation of all claims for extension of time and prolongation. Mr Houseman graduated from the University of Northumbria with a BSc in Quantity Surveying.
