Ryszard has over 20 years of experience as a Legal Adviser within the construction sector with specialisms in administrative law, administrative proceedings and public procurement law including FIDIC contracts. Throughout his career he has provided ongoing legal services to commercial law companies implementing local and national public procurement contracts financed through community funding strategies.

In the course of his project experience he also provided advisory services for the Non-Governmental Organisations (NGO) Forum for the City of Bydgoszcz where he provided training for entrepreneurs in the field of changes in legal regulations of business activity, FIDIC contracts and Polish law on public procurement.

Ryszard has a Master of Law degree, is a FIDIC Contract Conditions Expert, an academic teacher and diploma theses reviewer and has completed Real Estate Mediation – Post-graduate Studies.
