Miron is an experienced construction professional with over 20 years of experience. He is an expert in project management and the investment process and has effectively dealt with contractual profit maximisation strategies, disputes and the efficient management of project implementation teams.

He has strong experience in working with large private and public projects in the field of dispute resolution, arbitration, FIDIC Conditions of Contract and Public Procurement Law. He is also a regular speaker at conferences, training courses and seminars on project implementation and risk and claims management.

Miron has an MSc in Management and Marketing, is a Member and Adjudicator with the Polish Association of Consulting Engineers (SIDiR) and a Member of the Consulting Engineers and Experts Association in Warsaw.
