Elio Al Tannoury – Country Manager KSA

Elio is an accomplished professional with over 11 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry in the Middle East.

With a strong background in project management, procurement, budget planning, and negotiations, Elio has earned a distinguished reputation in various facets of the industry. His expertise extends to serving as a forensic planning claims consultant, specialising in the application of diverse delay analysis methodologies on global projects, particularly within the GCC region.

Elio has a B.E in Architecture, is a Registered Architect in both the Engineering and Consulting Offices in the State of Qatar and the Order of Engineers and Architects in Beirut and is also a Project Management Professional (PMP). He is currently pursuing an MSc in Construction Project Management.
