Elio Al Tannoury – Country Manager KSA

Elio is an accomplished professional with over 12 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry across the MENA Region.

With a strong background in project management, budget planning and commercial negotiations, Elio has developed a distinguished reputation across the engineering and construction industry. His expertise lies in forensic planning, delay analysis and claims consultancy, with particular focus on the application of recognised delay analysis methodologies on major, complex and mega-scale projects across the GCC region.

Elio has a B.E in Architecture and is an Accredited Engineer with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE), KSA. He is also a Registered Architect in both the Engineering and Consulting Offices in the State of Qatar and the Order of Engineers and Architects in Beirut and is also a Project Management Professional (PMP). He is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) in Construction Law and Arbitration. Elio is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and a Member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEI).
