Director, Andrew Fallon has more than 27 years’ experience working on a broad range of construction projects in the Middle East, Ireland and Hong Kong. More than a decade as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in the main contracting industry prior to his consultancy roles has provided Andrew with valuable insight and understanding of the issues that arise in construction disputes and the means to identify potential solutions for their resolution. Andrew is an experienced Quantum Expert and has given testimony at arbitration including concurrent evidence (‘hot tubbing’).

He has good working knowledge of International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) and bespoke forms of contract in use in Qatar (Public Works Authority (PWA), Kahramaa (KM)) and KSA.

Andrew has a BSc in Surveying, a Master of Arts (MA), an LLM Construction Law & Arbitration and a Diploma in Construction Economics. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland (MSCSI).
