The agreement further strengthens Quantum’s existing services in the UK. Located in London and Glasgow, Chronos Consult’s experienced team led by Tim Marlow and Matt Lindsay brings a wealth of forensic delay analysis experience both in the capacity of Expert Witnesses and in claim support roles. Chronos also provides project planning and strategic review services.
