Thomas is a professionally qualified MEP Engineer/Expert with over 40 years in the domestic and international MEP construction industry. For the past 15 years, Thomas has worked as an independent consultant and has been commissioned by several leading UK and international law firms, consultants and contractors on some of the world’s most prestigious projects in the capacity of expert, project consultant and across project management roles.

Throughout his career Thomas has gained extensive experience in investigation, negotiation and resolution of technical and construction related claims, counter claims, mitigation, arbitration and as an expert witness with responsibilities including surveys, investigations, reports, cross examinations and presentations.

Thomas is a member of many professional organisations including the Institution of Engineering and Technology, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers, the Institute of Directors and the National Fire Protection Association.
