With over 15 years of experience, Joseph is a qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor with substantial commercial and contractual experience and claims exposure working in civil, marine engineering and mechanical, electrical and plumbing fields.

He is experienced in FIDIC forms of contract, bespoke target cost and NEC contracts across multiple projects including marine, airport, healthcare, nuclear power station and infrastructure buildings with international contractors and consultants in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the UK.

Joseph has an MSc in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management and a BSc (Hons) in Business Mathematics.
