With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, John has extensive knowledge of most standard forms of building and civils contracts and has an awareness in the importance of formulating and developing supply chain relationships. He is equally at ease working on small bespoke projects as with multi-million pound international projects and has a good understanding of construction adjudication procedures including document preparation and successful representations.

John is a Chartered Builder (MCIOB), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), a Chartered Surveyor – Member of the Royal Institutions of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a Corporate Civil Engineering Surveyor (Member of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) and has an HNC and ONC in Building Studies.
