Anas Al Saadi is Quantum’s Country Manager in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He is a qualified Civil Engineer adept at contracts administration and project controls, practiced in commercial management, contracts negotiation and interpretation, expert testimony and forensic delay analysis. He has proven skills in implementing and leading dispute resolution procedures, claims preparation and commercial management of complex construction works.

Before joining Quantum, Anas worked as a Contracts Manager and ran the Saudi Arabian projects of Bühler AG, the world’s largest industrial contractor in the field of grains processing and logistics. Anas has worked in different types of construction projects from high-rise buildings and hotels to infrastructure and industrial plants.

Anas has a BSc in Civil Engineering, an MSc in Engineering Projects Management, a PgCert (with Distinction) in International Arbitration and is undertaking an LLM in Construction Law – soon to be awarded. He is a Chartered Construction Manager, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (FCIOB) and a member and Listed Arbitrator for the LCIA (London Court of International Arbitration).
