He is equally at ease working on small bespoke projects as with multi-million pound international projects and has a good understanding of construction adjudication procedures including document preparation and successful representations.<\/p>\n<p>John is a Chartered Builder (MCIOB), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), a Chartered Surveyor &#8211; Member of the Royal Institutions of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a Corporate Civil Engineering Surveyor (Member of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) and has an HNC and ONC in Building Studies.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-5 fusion_builder_column_1_5 1_5 fusion-one-fifth fusion-column-last\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;width:20%;width:calc(20% -
