Hussain is a Fellow of the Charted Institute of Building with a lean 6-Sigma green belt accreditation and an MSc in Construction Engineering from Cambridge University. He is a specialist in the development of mechanical and electrical programmes, strategic planning, business development and project controls. Over the past 14 years, Hussain has gained a proven track record of working on complex mega-projects whilst strengthening the projects commercial position and managing schedule risk and a pervasive knowledge in utilising lean tools, 4D programmes and innovative offsite manufacturing systems.

He has an MSc in Construction Engineering, a BSc in Project Management for Construction, is a Member of the Charted Institute of Building (MCIob) and is 6-Sigma Green Belt Accredited.
