Heba has over 12 years of construction industry working experience in the pre and post-contract management, contract administration and project management.

She has worked as Quantity Surveyor, Contract Administrator and Senior Project Engineer on large scale projects with key clients in Jordan and the Gulf regions, particularly in KSA, Qatar and UAE. Through her work on major projects she has acquired excellent knowledge of project management and contract administration and has an outstanding knowledge in FIDIC (All Books – Editions 1987, 1999, 2017), Saudi contracts and procurement law, value engineering, project management and risk management. She is a native Arabic speaker, proficient in English and intermediate in Dutch and Turkish.

Heba has a BSc in Civil Engineering, a Professional Diploma in Engineering Construction Management, a Diploma in Quantity Surveying and a mini MBA. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb), a Member of the Jordan Engineers Association (JEA) and an Expert Member of the Jordanian Arbitrators Association.

She is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), a PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), a Value Methodology Associate (VMA), a Member of US Green Building Council (US-GBC), Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI), a LEED Green Associate (LEED-GA) and SAVE International.
