Doha, Qatar – 14th January 2018: Graeme Thomas, Director has recently joined Quantum Global Solutions.

Trained and educated in the UK, Graeme has successfully lead and managed teams of contracts managers and administrators working most notably with the FIDIC, NEC and JCT forms of contract. He has acquired an acute awareness of claims potential, and an ability to successfully negotiate these to a commercial solution, with experience in detailing and defending claims of further entitlement relative to delay and disruption incurred. Graeme has a BSc in Quantity Surveying.

‘With a career beginning in the late 1980’s in the UK and his recent international experience as the Area Construction Manager on Doha’s Gold Line Metro, Graeme brings a wealth of industry knowledge to Quantum’s existing team.
