Son exp\u00e9rience est consid\u00e9rable en mati\u00e8re de gestion des contrats et d\u2019\u00e9laboration de contrats de consultant dans un cadre FIDIC.<\/p>\n<p>Rula d\u00e9tient une licence en ing\u00e9nierie m\u00e9canique (BSc Mechanical Engineering) et un master en gestion des affaires (MBA).
