Sinan a collabor\u00e9 \u00e0 des projets divers confi\u00e9s \u00e0 des ma\u00eetres d\u2019ouvrage internationaux, dont une infrastructure autorouti\u00e8re complexe et des projets ferroviaires.<\/p>\n<p>Il jouit d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience concr\u00e8te des activit\u00e9s cl\u00e9s telles que la pr\u00e9paration de r\u00e9clamations complexes, les demandes de modifications, la r\u00e9daction de correspondance contractuelle, l\u2019analyse de questions contractuelles, en particulier dans le cadre des contrats-type FIDIC, et l\u2019identification des strat\u00e9gies commerciales des entrepreneurs. Sinan a particip\u00e9 au r\u00e8glement amiable de questions et diff\u00e9rends entre les participants au projet ou entre membres d\u2019une co-entreprise par le biais de modes alternatifs de r\u00e8glement des diff\u00e9rends (ADR), en particulier dans le cadre de comit\u00e9s de r\u00e8glement des diff\u00e9rends (DAB).<\/p>\n<p>Sinan d\u00e9tient une licence en g\u00e9nie civil (BSc (Hons) Civil Engineering) et une ma\u00eetrise dans la gestion informatis\u00e9e de la construction (MSc IT Based Construction Management).
