Gordon est un avocat (barrister) et un directeur commercial chevronn\u00e9 et pragmatique. Outre sa formation juridique, il a une grande exp\u00e9rience en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e8glement de diff\u00e9rends internationaux, acquise dans le cadre de ses fonctions d\u2019administrateur de grands projets d\u2019infrastructure \u00e0 travers le monde, qui l\u2019ont appel\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre de nombreux probl\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n<p>Gordon a g\u00e9r\u00e9 et r\u00e9gl\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s des diff\u00e9rends importants dans les secteurs de l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie, de la construction, de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle et du transport maritime, conjuguant avec discernement n\u00e9gociation, arbitrage et m\u00e9diation. Gordon justifie d\u2019une expertise particuli\u00e8re dans les domaines de l\u2019arbitrage, du r\u00e8glement judiciaire, de la m\u00e9diation, la m\u00e9diation \u00e9valuative, de l\u2019\u00e9valuation pr\u00e9coce neutre, des mini-proc\u00e8s, de la direction commerciale de grands projets d\u2019infrastructure, de la pr\u00e9paration, analyse et pr\u00e9sentation de dossiers de r\u00e9clamation, du contentieux et de la gestion des proc\u00e9dures, la gestion commerciale de projets de construction et la direction d\u2019\u00e9quipes d\u2019assistance au contentieux et de financement de projets.<\/p>\n<p>Gordon a \u00e9galement agi comme conseil aupr\u00e8s de conseils d\u2019administration, concernant notamment : de nombreux projets au caract\u00e8re hautement politique portant sur la privatisation de l\u2019eau et de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion Moyen-Orient Afrique du Nord, en Asie et en Am\u00e9rique du Sud et dont il a n\u00e9goci\u00e9 le financement ; des accords de co-entreprise, fusions et acquisitions, cession et acquisition d\u2019actifs, investissements priv\u00e9s et introductions en bourse. Gordon est dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 en droit (Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Law) et arbitrage international (DiplCArb).
