A lo largo de su dilatada carrera profesional, ha desempe\u00f1ado distintas funciones, entre ellas, las de contratista general, gestor de riesgos de proyectos o consultor para la resoluci\u00f3n de disputas.<\/p>\n<p>Su \u00faltimo cargo antes de unirse a Quantum fue el de vicepresidente ejecutivo de una empresa contratante, con sede en Doha, especializada en obras de construcci\u00f3n e infraestructuras de gran calidad. Antes, Moneer ocup\u00f3 el puesto de gestor de proyectos para un contratista internacional de primer nivel, donde se encarg\u00f3 de una serie de proyectos complejos, entre ellos, megaedificios, centrales el\u00e9ctricas y numerosos planes de renovaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Moneer ha trabajado en distintos pa\u00edses como T\u00fanez, Grecia, Egipto y Qatar. Su experiencia pr\u00e1ctica abarca tareas de c\u00e1lculo de costes, preparaci\u00f3n de presupuestos, planificaci\u00f3n, control de costes, administraci\u00f3n de contratos, supervisi\u00f3n documental, contrataci\u00f3n de materiales y gesti\u00f3n global de obras.<\/p>\n<p>Como consultor especializado, Moneer ha asesorado a comitentes, ingenieros, contratistas y sus abogados sobre la prevenci\u00f3n y la mitigaci\u00f3n de riesgos de construcci\u00f3n y, m\u00e1s concretamente, sobre las mejores pr\u00e1cticas contractuales, el control de costes y calendarios, el an\u00e1lisis de los retrasos y la productividad, la evaluaci\u00f3n de los errores y las omisiones de dise\u00f1o, o el apoyo general en litigios. Adem\u00e1s, Moneer ha desarrollado evaluaciones de reclamaciones, an\u00e1lisis de retrasos, valoraciones de importes de indemnizaci\u00f3n e investigaciones forenses. En el transcurso de su carrera, tambi\u00e9n ha participado en diversas negociaciones de conciliaci\u00f3n, tanto en calidad de actor principal como de asesor.<\/p>\n<p>Moneer es graduado con honores en Ingenier\u00eda Civil y ha cursado un m\u00e1ster en Estructuras de Hormig\u00f3n en el Imperial College.
