Tom Kapapa, Quantum Global Solutions (Quantum) Operations Director has been appointed DRBF Country Representative for Qatar.
The appointment consolidated Tom’s role in actively promoting the philosophy of the DRBF through his work in construction claims consultancy and expert witness services for both client and employer.
