Natalie Findlay – Regional Director Western Europe
With over 26 years working in the construction industry, Regional Director Western Europe, Natalie Findlay has gained extensive experience in commercial and project management, working in all aspects of the construction and civil engineering industry in senior positions for main contractors, building services specialists, private quantity surveying practices and directly for clients. Her experience includes contracts risk review, cost planning, tendering, valuing works, payment notices, reporting and forecasting, risk management, contractual notices and day-to-day running of contract and sub-contract management.
In addition, Natalie’s skills extend to managing and negating sub-contract disputes, preparation of entitlement claims for time, costs and disruption, dispute resolution, adjudications, arbitrations and preparation of expert witness reports for tribunal panels. Natalie is experienced in understanding, administration and management of FIDIC, JCT, NEC and ICE forms of contracts, in addition to joint venture projects, partnership contracts and bespoke construction contracts.
Natalie has a BSc (Hons) in Project Management for Construction, a Higher National Certificate in Building Construction, a National Diploma in Building Construction, has completed a CSRC (Construction Skills Certification Scheme), SHEA (Utility Safety Health and Environment Awareness) and a Gas Passport.
