Quantum Global Solutions (Quantum) in partnership with the Turkish Contractors Association, Goksu Aydın Attorneys at Law and Singularity Legal have jointly organised the recent conference on ‘Understanding Construction and Energy Projects in India, Indonesia and Malaysia and Resolving Disputes.’ The event took place at the Turkish Contractors Association Headquarters in Ankara, Turkey.
Key speakers at the conference, attended by over thirty Turkish construction professionals, included Colin Russell, Quantum Regional Director; Noyan Göksu, M Partner, Göksu Aydın Attorneys at Law; Shemane Chan, Partner and Kim Beng, Partner, Rajah and Tann; Pranav Mago, Head of South Asia, Singapore International Arbitration Centre and Prateek Bagaria, Partner, Singularity Legal.
Key areas of discussion included the construction market overview of these countries, key information for Turkish contractors planning to enter these markets, potential areas of disputes and claim quantification.
