‘An introduction to the mechanism of claims and multi-tier dispute resolution in the FIDIC Conditions of Contract’, ‘How to manage construction projects with Primavera P6 software’ and ‘Modern software technologies in infrastructure building, based on BIM and CTR Vision CPM Project Management Tools. These were all topics discussed at the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF) conference on the 9th and 10th of November in Bulgaria.
Taking part in the conference, Quantum Global Solutions Svetlana Borisova, Senior Contractual/Commercial Consultant, also took part during the second day workshop and presented the ‘Contractor’s Claim for Extension of Time to Completion and referral to DAB in a Moot format’ of for training and educational purposes to demonstrate to the local contractors the mechanics of FIDIC Contracts.
