At the invitation of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Jon Sanderson, Quantum’s Regional Director in Oman last night presented a RICS CPD Webinar on ‘Contract Procedures and Administration’

With almost 30 years of industry experience Jon engaged the audience in a series of topics with the aim to give attendees a better understanding on how to effectively manage the procedures of a contract and provide guidance as to how this can be successfully managed, including exploring subjects such as time bars, effective notices and records.  The webinar contributed towards RICS members’ annual CPD programme.

Speaking on the success of the presentation Jon Sanderson stated, ‘’As an organisation Quantum is fully committed to sharing industry knowledge and to working with key industry associations such as the RICS to promote their CPD programme.  Tonight’s presentation was a great success.  Utilising webinars to reach multiple audiences enables us to share our industry knowledge with attendees, and also for industry peers to join in and share individual experiences without the restriction of being in the same geographical location.  Over 40 attendees joined in from Oman and across the Middle East representing both client and contractor organisations.’’
