Quantum’s Regional Director Oman, Jon Sanderson, and members of CMS’ infrastructure disputes team, Randall Walker, Partner and Jon Bridgewater, Associate, will co-present two industry topics: ‘Tips for successfully managing projects and good claims management’ and ‘Liquidated Damages – Civil Code v Common Law jurisdictions’. In addition, Rob Valenta, Quantum Creative Director will present ‘CSI meets Construction’ – an insight into the role of multi-media visualisation techniques and their role in the construction industry.
The breakfast meeting presentations, including an interactive question and answer session and breakfast, will be held on the 21st of March at the Crown Plaza Hotel from 8:00 am to 10 am.

Jonathan Sanderson is Quantum’s Regional Director in Oman. Jon has worked in the construction industry for over 27 years at Board Level within the UK and has a strong background in main contracting and development. In 2017, Jonathan was appointed to head up Quantum’s Oman operations in Muscat to provide construction support services to Omani construction clients.
Rob Valenta is the Creative Director at Quantum’s sister company Quantum Digital. He looks after Quantum’s in-house media studios in Doha and London, where he manages his talented teams of designers and artists in both studios. Rob is responsible for the creative direction of Quantum’s unique multimedia solutions, publishing and creative marketing.

Based in CMS’ Dubai office, they work closely with CMS’ Oman office and advise on dispute avoidance and all types of dispute resolution procedures in the infrastructure, construction and energy sectors. They specialise in substantial and complex construction claims throughout the Middle East, including Oman.
